Information you submit

The inquiry form collects your business name, contact name, email, ZIP code, service selection, contact permission and any optional phone, industry, timing or message. It records submission time, the topic you selected, available campaign tags and the referring website’s origin. Please do not submit payment details, account numbers, patient records or sensitive information.

How inquiries are used

We store your information to respond, understand your requirements and discuss relevant services. Information may be shared with relevant service providers to handle your request. An inquiry does not place an order. Inquiry records are kept for handling requests and business records; contact us to ask about correction or deletion.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, we record page paths, an anonymous session identifier, campaign source, medium and campaign name, referring website origin, and events for form starts and saved inquiries. Analytics events do not include your form contact details or calculator inputs. We also use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to measure page visits and traffic; it sets its own cookies and Google processes that data under Google’s own privacy policy. Declining analytics turns Google Analytics off for this browser as well as stopping the events described above. Your choice is stored in this browser; first-visit attribution and the anonymous session identifier are stored for the browser tab session. That attribution is attached to an inquiry if you submit one. Event records older than 90 days are removed when subsequent analytics events arrive.

You can decline or change your choice using “Analytics choices” on the website. Declining stops future analytics events and clears local session attribution. It does not delete a previously submitted inquiry or previously recorded events. Without optional analytics, the inquiry still records context available on its submission page.

Form protection and hosting

To limit automated requests, the site temporarily stores a hash of the network address and a short time window, together with a request count. Raw addresses are not stored in this protection table. Expired protection entries are removed as subsequent requests arrive. Hosting infrastructure processes requests to provide and protect the site.

External providers

External shopping and provider websites apply their own notices and terms. An embedded shopping tool, when available, may process information under its provider’s notice. Review that notice before supplying information.

Your choices and requests

Optional fields may be left blank. To request access, correction or deletion, use our inquiry form from the same email address and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity. You may also ask us to stop contacting you.
