None of this is required to start. It shortens the first conversation.
- The addresses of the locations you want covered.
- When your current agreement ends, and whether you have already received a renewal notice.
- A recent bill, so you can read the usage and the rate off it.
- Which services you want to look at: energy, internet, phones, security, software or IT support.

Please leave account numbers, payment information, card details and sensitive documents out of any message. We will tell you when something specific is genuinely needed and who it is going to.
